Clarks Hill Farm, home of the Working Dales Pony Centre, is a traditional Cumberland Farm of 84 acres, set in beautiful countryside, yet only 10 minutes drive from the World Heritage Site of Hadrian's Wall.

Guided walks around the farm are a popular attraction for visitors to the Working Dales Pony Centre and offer the opportunity to see a variety of rare breeds, including cattle, goats, pigs, sheep and poultry. Alice the donkey and Mick the shetland pony are always eager to greet younger visitors.

The farm walk, which takes about an hour, also takes in fabulous views of the local countryside and looks down across the traditional farm courtyard and The Ostler's self catering cottage.
